From Down River Eye

In Idaho, you lucked up and got to sock it to them good.
Pays to be on your toes when it comes time to fight in court.
I say Yes! We should all stop paying them, join the class action and prepare to fight.
Safety in numbers, united we stand, divided they pick us off one by one.
They are banking on (no pun intended) the majority to keep right on paying or struggling to pay no matter what.
Put the fear of being labeled a deadbeat failure on them, scare them with threats of ruined credit for life.
Make the majority believe they have no choice, no alternative but the streets if they don’t comply. Intimidate them into submission. Shame them into keeping quiet about what is happening to them.
For the rest of us who try to fight back, they’ll bog us down in court, drain our resources in filings and stress us out with constant battles.
Calls at work, at night and all day demanding payments, lie about what to do to get a modification and threaten us if we try to complain.
There are too few lawyers to help and they know we must do much of this ourselves.
It should be illegal for a deal as important as buying a house be allowed with the buyer so ignorant of all the legal ramifications of a mortgage contract.
It’s totally one-sided and geared to benefit the lender and screw the borrower.
I was one of the first to lose to an illegal foreclosure, didn’t know a thing except that my papers weren’t even signed by a judge, they played so many tricks, withheld the summons until after the trial was over, wasn’t notified of a sheriff’s sale, papers unsigned, lies on top of lies, GMAC refused to answer the phone or put you on hold forever.
Since then I have learned a lot, I even trained for a brief time as a mortgage broker. That is what opened my eyes to what was really going on.
The very intent from the beginning is for the lender to sell you a mortgage you will eventually default on! They will repeatedly refinance you into bankruptcy. They will do whatever it takes to get your house after taking all your money.
This was taught to us from the first day of training.
It’s all about the money, every time you refinance, that new note is sold for more than full value. Every time.
They never reveal they are going to bundle the mortgage, never tell you about how they set you up with a servicer who has no authority to do anything but take your money, or that you are now paying for a mortgage they already sold and got paid for. You will never know unless you start checking.
It was a scam from the start and the borrower never had a fair chance of getting out of the trap.
You pay all the fees, deposits, appraisals, over and over again. You pay the note that gets higher and higher, you pay the taxes and all the other costs to a lender who doesn’t even own the loan anymore.
Now they are training their lawyers how to fight us in court, how to get around producing the note, what to do when fraud is charged, when to just pay up and when to push to the limit.

This is like living in the Twilight Zone, it’s all so unreal and incredible. How did so many get so deep that it crashed the whole economy?

One thing I have learned from all this is that you can’t win if the other side is making up the rules and making you play by those rules.

We are all so interested in everyone elses story. Are you interested in what’s going on in your little world?

There are people that are so fascinated about what’s going to happen after they die, but they have no clue what’s going on in their life.

The reality is that you are alive. That’s a good reality.

Remember, it wasn’t that long ago that we were on top of the world – everybody was rich. And then…

All of a sudden, you are not rich anymore. It disappears. This is the grand illusion. Looks incredibly real.

Illusion: it looks real. But is fake. That’s the trap. We say reality is horrible. You exist. This is a beautiful reality.

Do you know what appreciation is? Regardless of age, this is one of the things that wil not change.

Appreciation. Even when you are 90yrs old, glasses look like binoculars. Appreciation. Yes.

The power of appreciation is not going to change. Hone in on it.

Is there something that is truly worth appreciating? And the answer is yes. What is it?

The moment you understand the simplicity of existence, this is worth appreciating.

Your desire to be fulfilled. This is worth appreciating. So basic. So fundamental.

A baby has a life in front of them. They have no idea of all the things that are going to happen in their life.

Ultimately, the decision to remain content at any given moment lies with that baby. Just as it lies with you. This is a decision you can make.

Deciding to be content: big decision. Will you? Are you going to?

Find out what you have and believe me, you will stop measuring you life by what you don’t have.
Why make this earth so incredibly beautiful – after having seen it 200,000 times, it still takes your breath away?

There is a gift. If you don’t know what that gift is, then you are always going to be looking somewhere else.

Find out what you have. Please. It is the gift of all gifts. The beauty of all beauties. That is what you have.

Do you know where your home is? Find your home.

Every day that you are alive, don’t stop living. Be alive every day that you are. Even if you are on your last legs.

In my downs, I want to remember the up. And in my ups, I want to remember the up, up!

You are here. It’s on! It’s happening. The beautiful music you hear – the orchestra is not just warming up.

The day dawns, you awaken, you stir, and you are alive.

You want to know about karma? Pinch yourself. Do you feel pain? Karma. If the person sitting next to you screams, you pinched the wrong person.

You want to know the truth? The truth resides inside of you. Where else would it be?

Everything that is necessary for you to truly enjoy yourself is here. Make the connection.

You are alive. You have in you the ocean of joy. You have in you the ultimate happiness. Make the connection.

When you don’t know, even answers are questions. And when you know, even questions become answers. How cool is that. How wonderful is that.

When you don’t know, you wonder. When you do know, you are thankful. Make the connection.

It doesnt matter how old you are, how young you are, it isnt all here yet. It’s still coming. Life is still coming.

It’s raining gold. And here is the good news: it is going to continue. I better start gathering that gold.

Be rich. Feel rich. There are people who are very poor, but they feel rich. Do not be confused by your circumstances.

To be content in the heart, and to feel that place from which comes gratitude. Be in that simplicity.

Imagine a guy walking around, offering sandwiches. Are you hungry? Not, “Do you have a book?”

I am hungry now. I don’t want to read about food. This hunger can be satisfied. That’s good news.

I have the tickets to the best show in town. And you want them. If you want those tickets, I have them.

Here it is. Heaven on earth. What a show it is. Incredible. For you – for me. To understand. To grow.

If this place is really for suffering, get rid of the beautiful sunsets.

Don’t try to make every day the same. But see the same beauty in every day. Every day.

It is not impossible to be happy in this lifetime. It is possible. And don’t take no for an answer.

Give a chance to all that you already know. You already know.

Whatever you decide to do, be at peace. Experience dignity in your life. Experience peace in your life.

So many things have entered our lives

So many things have entered our lives. The priority is no longer to be content, but to look after all our responsibilities and appease those that are on our list to be appeased.
Where in this giant list of things do we belong?
Are we the seed that is ready?

Yet the thirst lies in wait, and lies in wait, and lies in wait.
It always has and it always will.

Awaken and open your eyes to the beautiful reality of being alive.
Weigh every moment with the importance of this breath. With the sweetness, the beauty, the understanding, the clarity of your heart,

In this human body exists the love we have to discover.

You should speak to one another with love and humility.

Love is the essence of life itself.

There is a light

There is a light that shines beyond all things on earth, beyond the highest, the very highest heavens. This light is hidden in plane view, for the knowing to see.

This is the light that shines in your heart, it shines so bright that darkness cannot exist, in its path.

There is a heart in your bosom

It is only when people know that there is a thing like the heart in their own bosom, only then, will they ever realise that there is a reason for being kind and considerate.

People have become of stone.

The only thing they realise that they carry in their bosom is not a heart but a rock.

They will treat every being and species on the face of this earth like it was made out of a rock.

There is a heart in your bosom, Do you Know this?.

Everything around us

Everything around us – thoughts, ideas, and perceptions – change. And you change even while you are trying to fight the changes. In the middle of all these changes, I’m trying to find something that doesn’t change. And there is something like that. That’s the good news.

Everything is a vibration

Everything is a vibration. My hand is a vibration of something.

Me, myself – I am a vibration of something. Everything is a vibration. And then there is a primordial vibration, which is of course, the highest and the most beautiful vibration of all. One vibration is vibrating; that’s why all the vibrations are vibrating.

There is something functioning in me, and if that stops, I’ll stop. A doctor would say “your heart,” or “your lungs.” “If your lungs stop breathing, you will stop breathing.” But what is the one thing which, if that goes, everything stops? We don’t understand that now. Today we think we live, we survive, because our heart pumps, blood circulates, we breathe, oxygen goes in, and so on, and we function. No! If we take a dead body and dissect it, we will find its heart is there, its blood is there, the lungs are there, everything is there, just fine.

What is missing? That’s the clue – what is missing? This is it: for man to understand this love, to understand this secret.’

There is this everlasting thing…
Sometimes when you are sitting in a room, your whole perspective sort of folds in, seems small. But you go outside, say at nighttime, and you see all these stars; they’re completely incredible. You start to look up, and you see these stars, and you just say, “Wow! Those are far, far away. And there’s a whole galaxy out there. And who knows what’s beyond even that, and what this whole universe is made of?” And yet, you still know that the whole universe which is within our reach is completely finite.
But there exists a thing that’s completely infinite. Past all universes, past all the stars, all the galaxies, all the Milky Ways, all the moons, all the suns, lies an incredible experience, lies this incredible energy. And that is what’s being given to us: to be able to experience that perfection, to be able to experience that Knowledge, that incredible beauty, that lies within all of us.

How to find peace

How to find peace

You must ask the Master how to do it.

That is why that power manifests itself into a body into the Teacher.

The teacher comes and removes all the darkness, and brings the light into your world.

If you find him, you will get it; if you don’t find him, you won’t get it.

He is not in caves or mountains.
Look for him, call him and you will find him.

The Creator – so beautiful – made beautiful oceans

The Creator – so beautiful – made beautiful oceans, and then gave them waves, movement, and put so many lives into that ocean, so many beautiful lives. The Creator made the Earth, made man, made the whole world, made the whole universe. And that’s a lot! That’s a lot to do. I mean, man just goes to the moon and goes, “Yay!” After every kind of trouble they can possibly imagine. And the Creator just made it, you know; manufactured the whole thing. There is some purpose. There is some reason.

There’s such a perfection of that Creator. It wasn’t just perfect enough to have an ocean; it also had to have waves. It wasn’t just enough to make the sun and water, but to put a rainbow on it. Such immaculate perfection.

And just look at us. It wasn’t enough to make human beings. It wasn’t enough, but then to put life inside of us, to give us a shape, to give us that opportunity to be able to come into the world. And that wasn’t enough.. To be able to experience that Knowledge. And that’s beyond every speck of perfection that we can possibly perceive-to give us that opportunity.

I mean, who knows? That Creator could have made the smell in that rose stink like crazy, like a stink bomb. But, no. The sweetest, the most gracious, the most beautiful smell had to come out of it. It wasn’t enough to make a white flower, but to make a gardenia so beautiful and put such an immaculate smell in it. For whom? For His children. For His creation.

Here we are, but our pursuit has been constantly persuaded by mind to pursue what it wanted: a great dissatisfaction.

One of the times we have to just stop. At some point in this whole journey we have to stop in our lifetime and say, “Well, what is happening? What is this all about? Why is the world here? Why is the ocean here? Why is the whole universe there? And who is that Lord? Who is that Creator? And why is this thing inside of me, somewhere, so longing, so devotedly longing to become one with it? What is it?” I mean, at some point in our lives we have to just say, “Okay, hurrah and great. But what about me? The true me?”

A riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma, is life itself, the beginning of life itself, has never been understood, the true reason for living has to this day known, to the very few.

The Maya of the Mind

The world is but a fleeting fair.
The pursuits of life will not last for ever.
Of what use is it to build tall buildings that touch the sky?
Of what use is it to hoard heaps of wealth?
All your chariots and elephants will be of no avail to you,
Empty-handed you came into the world, and empty handed you will leave it.
The only conveyance for your last journey will be a coffin made of wood to be carried on the shoulders.

The one heart is universal

The one heart is universal, it recognizes itself everywhere in everything, always, it is a universal love, most likely the only universal anything that exist.

All of mankind can speak this language of this one love, we can see it in the eyes of each other, we can understand the silent eternity that exist forever.

Many things separate us but true love is unity in the one heart of the man.

Love is eternal, life is never ending and joy is free for every man, forever.

We are all the same

We are all the same people, in love with life itself, the core of silence, the forever love, the only peace that will ever forever exist.

The celestial music and that resounding primordial vibration, the energy that moves the atom moves me and us all.

The teacher of love, life and existence is real, the light shines inside, brighter than a million suns, sweeter than honey, it delivers a very special carriage of love.

My maker drives my chariot, he keeps me safe and in a very tender way he allows me to be eternally happy.

Life is a forever occurrence, with recourse for the people who seek it out.

That very special, very heart filing, satisfying, well seated feeling resides in the core of me.

I have learnt to cherish my heart, to teach it to my children and my friends.

Peace is the most delightful thing on this planet. I hope you come to know it.

The yoga of life, the Raj, the light, the giver of life itself. A gift that gives forever and beyond life, if you discover your maker you will find eternity, you can live forever, in love in life and enjoy peace.

Listen to absolute silence, there is a music of a special, celestial kind, is it possible to hear existence?

The music of life exist in silence, a place so full of sound, yet there is complete silence.

Life is an attestation that inside there is another world, a world where a universe lives, a world where eternity is not limited, the reason for life itself.

Someone said to me, the universe is huge

Someone said to me, the universe is huge, I thought , what a small understatement, How can you think that something is boundless? when infinity has no boundaries, no beginning and no end.

The Atman, the source of all life is inside the human, no tools are needed, and no investment of money is needed, just time and consistent practice, human life does come to an end, as we all know, but the energy lives on forever, it lived before we were born and will exist forever after, we are aware that no one has come back from the dead to tell us of an afterlife, and no book on this subject has been conclusively written on that particular subject, but eternity is inside, the man.

The universe is inside, the human, it is a constant source of harmony, the harmony of life, the breath of the earth, of life, the only source of life, know to living man, the breath of life is the one and only commodity, that is an absolute, without this breath one will not or and cannot live, or enjoy life.

To see the universe inside requires no special tools or influxes of money, its dedication, love, attentiveness and practice that makes the universe inside reflect on the outside.

The peace that exist on the inside of a harmonious man can deliver, peace on the outside, the real reason for living is eccencially to understand, the source of life and mimic its virtue practically, in your life.

To understand life, a human must find the teacher, the teacher of life, the teacher who has the key to this particular study, or instruction, and is able to show the way inside.

Without the real teacher, the student will never “get it”, will never understand the reason for living.

There is a beauty inside, it surpasses all other known beauties in life, the source of life is inside the man, it is a place where peace resides, where love has no color or appearance, where infinity has no limit.

Can you experience eternity in one nano second?, the answer is a huge yes.

Beauty is not in the face. Beauty is a light in the heart, We all need food, peace and love. We were all born naked. We are all the same. The differences we make are artificial, not real. Once we are connected with our heart, with our compassion, with that love, that keeps our breath going, we see only love in others. Open the doors to your heart.

A birthday wish for my dear Teacher. December 10th, 2009

Today is the birthday of my great teacher.

He has filled my life with knowledge not available in college.

He has guided me to know, the energy that moves the atom, and how it moves me and every living thing.

He has showed me love, eternal life, contentment, protection, wisdom, freedom and peace.

I have seen the birds of paradise within me. Please join me in wishing my teacher, a very Happy Birthday.

This is my divine family

This is my divine family, we are all the same people, in love with life itself, the core of silence, the forever love, the only peace that will ever exist, the celestial music and that resounding primordial vibration, the energy that moves the atom moves me and us all.

The teacher of love, life and existence is real, the light shines inside, brighter than a million suns, sweeter than honey, it delivers a very special carriage of love.

My maker drives my chariot, he keeps me safe and in a very tender way he allows me to be eternally happy. Life is a forever occurrence, with recourse for the people who seek it out.

That special, very heart filing, satisfying, well seated feeling resides in the core of me. I have learnt to cherish my heart, to teach it to my children and my friends.

Peace is the most delightful thing on this planet. I hope you come to know it.

The yoga of life, the Raj, the light, AND IS the giver of life itself. A gift that gives forever and beyond life, if you discover your maker you will find eternity, you can live forever, in love in life and enjoy peace.

Listen to absolute silence, there is music of a special, celestial kind, is it possible to hear existence? ask this question, the music of life exist in silence, a place so full of sound, yet there is complete silence.

Life is an attestation that inside there is another world, a world where a universe lives, a world where eternity is not limited, the reason for life itself.

Tranquility is the keeper of life.

O Lovers

Brahmanand – The inner experience

O Lovers,
I have seen a great wonder.
There is a well in the sky
from which nectar is falling,
and a lame man climbs to it
and drinks his fill.

There are gongs ringing,
drums beating, cymbals clashing,
and trumpets sounding,
yet no one is playing them;
a deaf man listens to them
and dances, beside himself with joy.

There is a palace
built where no world exists,
and it shines with a brilliant light
day and night.

A blind man is overcome with joy
simply to behold it.
There are living people who die
and are brought back to life again.
They are full of vitality,
yet they take no food.

Waiting – just think of all the things people are waiting for

Waiting – just think of all the things people are waiting for. You don’t have to wait anymore. You don’t have to change all those things around you. You can’t anyway, because when you do try to change them, they’ll try to change you. And when they do, you won’t like it.

I realized I can’t change everything, but there’s one thing I can change. All I need to do is change my list of priorities. The change has to come from within. That’s why I’m saying it’s easy. You don’t have to throw anything out, just rearrange. Of all those things that have taken priority, put the priority to be content at the very top. That’s all.

Yes, you can be fulfilled. That’s what’s important. The greatest gift you can give yourself is the gift of joy, the gift of peace. That is tops. And every step counts toward knowing the one thing you thirst for – that your life be fulfilled.

The Heart

The heart’s language is silence.

The primordial force resounds on its own, fortunate however, is he, who has the wisdom to feel and the wisdom to hear the music of the universe.

The light shines inside, fortune and nobility belongs to he who knows to see.

Celestial sounds rings deep inside the inner ear, privileged is he who knows its music.

That illusive river of life flows, and the land of milk and honey is real.

The whereabouts of this land of milk and honey is known by a few, enjoy this one short life and give thanks and praises to he who shows its address to all who truly ask.

Remember, Glory of truth is the consciousness of bliss. To be conscious of and to pay its glory, can only and be truly done by he who knows of its existence.

Seek the truth it shall set you free.
